MechanicsWe will work with you in small groups, walking you through the 3-man system. Then we will use college players to run through 3-man drills so you will be able to learn the system in live speed.

PhilosophiesWe spend time in the classroom and on the field teaching you advanced principles and philosophies of umpiring at the college level. We also address expectations from college supervisors and assignors.

Live GamesOver the weekend you will umpire several innings of live baseball while being evaluated by our staff of instructors, receiving instant feedback.
